Lis helps organisations to look and sound their best through brand development, copywriting, content creation and digital marketing. She has been supporting hospitality providers for many years.

Kathryn Robinson – Consultant Food Technologist
Kathryn is a senior food technologist and microbiologist. She has previously worked with Marks and Spencer, Innocent Drinks and Pizza Hut. Kathryn provides expert advice on food safety and allergen management to Menu Guide.

Andrei Lussmann – Consultant Restaurateur
Andrei is the managing director of Lussmanns Sustainable Fish & Grill Restaurants, a group of award-winning, independent brasseries. Lussmanns use Menu Guide across their five restaurants in Hertfordshire.
